Required to renew your TCCDLA membership for the following year. Membership is renewable from December 1st of the current calendar year through January 31st of the following calendar year, and includes the cost of the ECFS Support Contract Renewal.

| 2012 ECFS Support Contract Renewal |
Required to renew your ECFS Support Contract. The Support Contract is renewable between December 1st of the current calendar year and January 31st of the following calendar year.
If you are a member of TCCDLA, you do not have to pay the ECFS Support Contract Renewal. This is included in your yearly dues.
NOTE: Only active ECFS Support Contracts can be renewed.
NOTE: If the ECFS Support Contract expires, ECFS access will be disabled and you will be subjected to an ECFS Access Reactivation Fee.

| 2012 ECFS Support Contract |
Attorneys who need to access ECFS but do not wish to join TCCDLA must purchase an ECFS Support Contract along with the CertVault license and/or USB token.
The ECFS Access Support covers initial processing of the order and the setting up of the CertVault account in addition to any support required throughout the year to resolve issues related to the ECFS or the CertVault Software.
The ECFS Support Contract is valid only for the calendar year in which it was purchased and expires January 31st of the following calendar year unless renewed between December 1st of the current year and January 31st of the following year.
NOTE: If the ECFS Support Contract expires, ECFS access will be disabled and you will be subjected to an ECFS Access Reactivation Fee.

This software is required to access Tarrant County’s Electronic Case File System (ECFS) from your PC/laptop.
NOTE: A license must be purchased for each attorney for every PC they wish to access ECFS on. If there are two attorneys, they must both have this software licensed on every computer required to access files via ECFS.
NOTE: You must be a Member of TCCDLA or have an active ECFS Support Contract in place to purchase this item.
