To qualify for a complimentary membership, you must be:

1. A practicing criminal defense attorney who graduated from law school in the preceding 12 months; or
2. A past president of TCCDLA; or
3. A past member of TCCDLA who is 65 years or older and not taking appointed or retained cases.
